"Wish the support had been faster"
Support did get back to me eventually, and they were polite when they did, but it took a couple of days and I had to follow up once. I kind of regret not reaching out sooner because the wait slowed things down for me. Overall, they were nice enough, just not as quick as I was hoping.

"Looks good, but feels a little plain to me"
It’s and I do like the look of it, I think. It just doesn’t feel as warm or cozy as I expected, so it comes off a bit plain in person.

"Really nice quality, just kinda pricey"
I got a desk mat and tray from Grovemade and, they feel really nice. The materials feel solid and there’s definitely that premium vibe to them. I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because, well, the price is a bit on the high side. Still really happy with how they look and feel on my desk.

"Really nice desk mat, with one small drawback"
I picked up a desk mat from grovemade i’ve been really happy with how it feels. The surface has this soft but sturdy feel to it, so writing on it is comfortable, and my mouse glides across it smoothly without any scratchy drag.
The only thing I’ve noticed is that it picks up little marks a bit quicker than I expected, so I do find myself wiping it down more often. It’s not a dealbreaker for me though, overall it still looks good on my desk and feels great to use every day

"i mean, I didn't realize how much..."
i mean, I didn't realize how much my setup was messing with my wrists until I changed this. My wrist pain is pretty much gone now, and working at my desk feels way more comfortable.

"Nice finish, but the color looked different"
The finish feels really nice and smooth, so I do like it overall. The color just wasn’t quite what I expected from the photos. Maybe it was the lighting or the pictures were edited a bit, but in person it looked different to me.

"Looks good, but I’m not totally sold on the sturdiness"
It definitely looks nice, and at first I thought it was going to be more solid than it is. For everyday use, though, it feels just okay. It wobbles a bit here and there, which makes me wonder if it was designed more to look sleek in product photos than to really handle daily use. Not terrible, just not as sturdy as I hoped.

"Packaging held up really well"
I got this delivered sometime last week, or maybe the week before, I can’t remember exactly. Either way, it showed up in great shape. The packaging was neat and sturdy, and there weren’t any dents or damage at all

I had to exchange my desk pad for a different size i was a little confused at first about how the whole process would work. But support got back to me really fast and made it simple. The replacement showed up quickly too, so yeah, no complaints from me.

I was sooo glad that most of the desk stuff I wanted was actually available and easy to find. No random backorder surprise popping up at checkout, which feels weirdly rare these days. I ordered a few pieces and everything went smoothly. I’d definitely buy from Grovemade again.

"Not cheap, but I get it now"
I’d been eyeing stuff on Grovemade for a while because, yeah, it’s definitely not the cheapest. But once my order arrived, I kinda understood the price. The quality feels really solid, and it looks so much better than the random desk accessories I had before. It feels like something I won’t have to replace anytime soon. Overall, I’m happy I spent the money

"Fits my desk setup well"
I ordered a Grovemade desk shelf for my monitor and laptop setup, and it fits in nicely. The size was about what they said it would be, so there weren’t no weird surprises or anything. It still leaves me enough room for my keyboard and mouse, which was what I was hoping for. I’m giving it 4 stars because I did have to shuffle a few things around to get the height feeling right, but overall it looks clean and works well on my desk.

"My desk finally looks like I have my life together"
I picked up a few desk pieces from grovemade, they’ve made a big difference. My laptop, notes, and random desk clutter actually have a place now, which is a nice change from the chaos I was apparently living with before. They’re definitely not cheap, because of course a tidy desk has to come with a little financial guilt, but they look great and do the job well.

"Shipping was a little slower than I hoped"
I ordered from Grovemade and the item itself was totally fine, no real complaints there. The packaging looked nice too, though I did notice the tracking sat on the same status for what felt like days, which made me keep checking it more than I probably needed to. Shipping just took longer than I expected, especially for the price. Not a terrible experience or anything, just slower than I would’ve liked...

"Honestly, it still looks great"
I’ve had my grovemade desk mat and stand for a little over a year now, and I use them pretty much every single day. Somehow they’ve held up better than I thought they would. There are a couple tiny marks if I really look for them, but who cares? My desk still looks clean, everything feels sturdy, and I’m still really happy with the setup.

The wood and metal both look really good, and it definitely feels solid in hand. I’ll give it that. I’m just a little wary about how it’ll hold up over time, because stuff that looks nice at first doesn’t always stay that way. But so far, the materials seem impressive
